Return & Refund Policy

At Untamed Garden every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our items are considered personal care and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not already shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Skincare, body care, or beauty items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Sale items

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review the ingredient list before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different, and we cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities. If you have a known allergy, patch testing is recommended.
