Hi, I’m Shana — a licensed cosmetologist, herbalist, wife, homeschool mother of four, and the founder of Untamed Garden Herbal.

After more than 16 years in the beauty industry, I found myself questioning many of the products I was using and recommending. I loved helping women feel beautiful, but I wanted something different—products that felt luxurious and effective without relying on unnecessary fillers, synthetic fragrances, or ingredients I wouldn’t feel comfortable using on myself or my family.

As a mother of four, I became increasingly mindful of the products we brought into our home. That journey led me back to the wisdom of nature, traditional herbalism, and a simpler approach to skincare and beauty. I began studying plants, creating herbal infusions, and formulating products that honored both my professional beauty experience and my desire for cleaner, more intentional ingredients.

Untamed Garden Herbal was born from the belief that nature already provides many of the ingredients our skin needs to thrive. By combining my background as a cosmetologist with my training as an herbalist, I create herbal-infused skincare and mineral makeup that nourish the skin while delivering the performance women expect.

Every formula is intentionally crafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, botanical infusions, and skin-loving minerals. I believe in keeping ingredient lists as simple as possible while still achieving beautiful, effective results. Rather than chasing trends, I focus on selecting ingredients with purpose—each one earning its place in the formula.

My approach is rooted in quality over quantity, transparency over marketing hype, and a deep respect for traditional plant-based ingredients. Whether it’s a facial serum infused with calming botanicals or a mineral foundation designed to enhance rather than mask the skin, every product is created with the goal of helping women feel confident in their natural beauty.
